Ax And The Hatchetmen Release New EP, Constant Change  

Chicago’s Ax And The Hatchetmen released their new EP, Constant Change, on July 18th via Arista Records. The 5-track EP was brought to life by producer Jake Sinclair (Panic! At The Disco, Weezer, Avril Lavigne), who not only connected the group with their hero Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes for their lead single "Blurry Lights," but also helped source a long-lost Rivers Cuomo demo for the backbone of "7x9." Wednesday Alternative Artist Discovery #Happens

Happy Wednesday! This week’s #HAPPENS Alternative Artist Discovery is James And The Cold Gun from South Wales. The band was first discovered by Stone Gossard from Pearl Jam after getting played on KEXP/Seattle. Gossard loved the raw energetic rock and signed the band to his record label, Loosegroove Records in 2022.
