Outside Lands Music Festival Lineup Revealed For August 8-10
The lineup for the 17th Outside Lands Music Festival has been announced for August 8-10 with Tyler. The Creator, Hozier, and Doja Cat headlining. The 3-day festival at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco includes: Vampire Weekend, Glass Animals, Bleachers, Royel Otis, FINNEAS, artemas, Bakar, almost monday, Wallows, Role Model, flipturn, Destroy Boys, Good Neighbours, and more. Third Man Records Signs Die Spitz
Austin-based all-girl rock quartet Die Spitz has signed with Third Man Records.The announcement follows the band’s riotous headline performance earlier this month at Third Man Records & CREEM’s blowout “Two-Day Rock ‘N’ Roll Party” unofficial SXSW showcase. Founded in 2022, Die Spitz – Ava Schrobilgen, Chloe De St. Aubin, Ellie Livingston, and Kate Halter – has become known for their unruly stage presence, bombarding their crowds with a wall of sound. Scott Burton Exits The Orchard
The Orchard VP/Promotion Scott Burton has exited after 12 ½ years. Burton’s last day was last Wednesday (3/19). Burton joined the Sony Music distribution company in August 2012; it was rebranded from RED Music to The Orchard in 2019. He previously was VP/Promotion at Capitol, Elektra and Aware Music.
