WWCD (CD 92.9)/Columbus Set To Sign Off Central Ohio Airwaves After 33 Years

WWCD LTD. Alternative WWCD (CD 92.9)/Columbus, OH announced today (1/5) it will be ending its radio broadcast as of January 31st. The longtime Alternative station had similar issues at the end of 2020 and quickly returned to the airwaves as CD 92.9 with simulcast signals in Delaware and Maryville, OH. Independent Artist Two Feet Launches 477 Records

Two Feet has announced the opening of his independent record label, 477 Records. The new label has an office and studio in Tribeca, NY. 477 Records initial roster includes Toby Mai, Elvis Drew, Bec Lauder, and Two Feet. Waterloo Media Alternative KROX (101X)/Austin made a change in mornings in December. Alex In The Morning is now hosting mornings from 6-10a. She replaces Jason Dick, who exits after more than 20 years at the station. The Buzz Returns To West Palm Beach

iHeartMedia News WLDI (News Radio 1290/95.5-HD2)/West Palm Beach has flipped its FM simulcast to Alternative as "95.5 The Buzz, South Florida's Commercial-Free Alternative." Sum 41 Announce Release Date For Final Album

The last album for Sum 41 will be a double album, Heaven :x: Hell, set for release on March 29th, 2024 via Rise/BMG Records.
