Katastro To Release Final Album To Honor Late Lead Singer Andy Chaves

Katastro announces final album, Until The End Of Time, in honor of their late lead singer Andy Chaves. The band's seventh album will be released on October 4th via Kamp Records/Controlled Substance Sound Labs.  The Arizona-based quartet began working on new music in May 2022 when a tragic car accident took the life of Chaves. Over the last two years, Katastro’s surviving members – Ryan Weddle (bass), Andrew Stravers (drums), and Tanner Riccio (guitar) – searched through hard drives and past recording sessions to collect any vocal takes from Chaves they could find. Christine Malovetz Named Brand Manager Of WSFS (104.3 The Shark)/Miami

Audacy has named Christine Malovetz as Brand Manager of Alternative WSFS (104.3 The Shark)/Miami, effective immediately. Malovetz replaces Ross Mahoney, who was overseeing 104.3 The Shark as part of his RVP duties until his position was eliminated two weeks ago. WEQX/Albany Sets Stage For PearlPalooza 2024

Northshire Communications Alternative WEQX/Manchester, VT-Albany, NY has announced the lineup for PearlPalooza 2024 on September 21st. Love And Rockets Celebrate The 35th Anniversary Of ‘So Alive’ With Remix EP

Coinciding with the 35th anniversary of their hit single “So Alive,” Love And Rockets will release a limited-edition remix EP that contains remixes of the track by The Crystal Method and D.J. K. on August 30th. The EP will be available on limited edition clear picture disc and digitally. “So Alive” was released in 1989 off of Love And Rockets self-titled breakthrough fourth album. Last year, Love And Rockets --  Daniel Ash (vocals and guitar), David J (vocals and bass) and Kevin Haskins (drums) reunited and played their first show in 15 years at Cruel World Festival in Pasadena, CA.
