Brooklyn, NY-based 4-piece Momma released their new single “I Want You (Fever)” on January 29th. It’s from the band’s fourth album, Welcome To My Blue Sky, set to be released on April 4th via Polyvinyl. “‘I Want You (Fever)’ is a song we wrote about wanting to be with someone who has a girlfriend, or someone who isn’t over their ex,” explains the band. “It’s pining after someone, but there’s also some confidence knowing that that person wants to be with you. The second we wrote that song we felt like we were entering a new era – we scrapped everything we had written for the album up to that point because it felt so fresh and so exciting.” Momma has a headline tour beginning April 25th in Columbus, OH with a stop to perform at Kilby Block Party on May 16th. Following the tour, Momma will perform at Primavera Sound (Barcelona and Porto) and Outbreak Festival (London and Manchester) in June. Find the tour dates HERE.
