Green Day “The American Dream Is Killing Me” snuck in for a week following Thanksgiving after blink-182 had a 6-week run at #1. Thirty Seconds To Mars lands the only chart debut this week. Bakar “Alive!” is the #1 song this week on New Music Discovery Picks. 

I have some Alternative ratings highlights from the last batch of Nielsen November ‘23 PPM Monthly 6+ results. Huge month again for WOLT (INDY 103.3)/Indianapolis. INDY 103.3 is up a full share 4.2-5.2 6+ and SVP/Programming Ben Marcotte says the station is #1 (tied) P25-54, #2 P18-49, and #2 P18-34. WLUM (FM 102/1)/Milwaukee climbs 3.6-3.7. WMRQ (RADIO 104.1)/Hartford leaps 2.3-2.7.

Tough times for KRXF (92/9 FM)/Bend, OR PD Kris Metzdorf, who checked in last Friday (12/1) with horrible news. The station and the entire cluster lost all its music and production to a ransomeware attack. The Latest Alternative News includes Beth Coughlin being promoted to Regional VP of Cumulus/Buffalo, Erie, and Syracuse.
