Big Loud Rock names David Barbis as its new Head of Promotion. Barbis moves from C3 Management, where he was VP/Promotion and played a critical role in the development and success of artists such as The Revivalists, White Reaper, The Head And The Heart, Mt. Joy, Chevelle, Wilderado, and Modest Mouse, among others. His career spans over two decades in the music industry; prior to his role at C3 Management Barbis was at Polygram/Island, Dreamworks, and Capitol Records.
