WKQX (Q101)/Chicago’s Lauren O’Neil Shares ‘The Women Who Make Q101’ Weekdays at Noon Throughout March For Women’s History Month
Cumulus Media Alternative WKQX (Q101)/Chicago is presenting a special weekday on-air feature throughout March at noon for Women’s History Month. The month-long feature, called “The Women Who Make Q101,” is hosted by midday personality Lauren O’Neil. Every weekday at Noon, Q101 showcase’s the most influential female artists who have left their marks on the Alternative Rock format. The daily feature will air two to three songs from each artist featured, with specially produced audio including exclusive interviews with the history-making artists. O’Neil will also share stories about the artists and their indelible music.

These artists inspired me to get into radio and continue to inspire me every day. On Friday, March 8th at Noon, Q101 will air an hour-long Music Special Celebrating International Women’s Day.
