KCBS (93.1 Jack FM)/L.A. To Change To Blade FM On June 6 To Honor Richard Blade
Richard Blade will receive the 2,782nd star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 6 at 11am (PT) in front of The Aster at 1725 Vine St. in Los Angeles.
To celebrate this honor, KCBS (93.1 JACK FM)/Los Angeles will rename the station 93.1 Blade FM all day tomorrow (6/6). Blade who hosts the weekday show “Flashback Lunch” on 93.1 JACK FM, will also join sister station KROQ, where he was a top-rated morning drive host in the 1980s, for a morning interview with the “Klein/Ally Show” and he is set to be on KNX News 97.1 FM at 8:15am (PT).

The ceremony will honor Blade in the Radio category and feature speeches from Walk of Famer Jimmy Kimmel and Richard Blade Fan Club Coordinator Oscar E. Alvarez, Jr. The event will be streamed live exclusively at walkoffame.com.
