Times Shamrock Communications reboots Alternative WEZX-HD3 via two FM translators airing on WEZX-HD3 as “Fuzz 96.1” under OM/PD Mark Hoover. The Fuzz brand previously aired on WFUZ as Fuzz 92.1 from 2012-2017 and later rebranded to Alt 92.1 before flipping to AC in 2020.

Hoover said, “People have been asking me for years, what happened to Fuzz? I would always reply I miss it too, and after a few years we had the opportunity to bring it back.”

“Fuzz is a fan favorite in NEPA. With its return, we are happy to present this new distinct on-air brand”, added Times Shamrock CEO Jim Loftus. “Fuzz 96.1 compliments Rock 107, our iconic Classic Rock market leader with the market’s only Alternative Rock choice.”
