In working on the new album, we took an approach heavily focused on songwriting and not moving forward unless the song could stand on its own with just an acoustic and vocal (or piano and vocal). We grinded it out for about 3 years until we had everything in the right place, and what’s been released this year are the songs from that forthcoming new album. The new album is simple – two guitars, bass, drums and a vocal. Having those songs allowed us to simply focus on being a rock band without needing all the bells and whistles. Super excited to see everything keep growing as we’ve released piece by piece.

Honestly, the immediate feedback you get from a stadium crowd of 50k people was incredibly informative. We learned a lot. It helped us launch “It Hurts” in a big way and has continued to help us gain and grow even beyond where we thought possible. Very excited for 2025.

A big part of this album is focusing on the band – five guys just playing their instruments and playing songs we wrote together. We wanted to capture that performance and organic nature of the band so we decided to keep it simple and show us doing what we do best – play live and drink at a bar.
