Rubber City Radio Alternative WNWV (107.3 Alternative)/Cleveland APD/morning co-host Brady Marks has been upped to PD. She replaces Alyssa Ursetti, who remains with the company in Promotions & Traffic Department.

Brady has been with the station since its launch in 2022, beginning as a weekend on-air personality. She quickly moved to middays and APD. One year ago, Brady joined Ryan Lang on The Morning Hang and she will continue to co-host mornings from 6-10am.

OM Ray Horner shared, “We are excited to see Brady’s footprint as Program Director, her passion is infectious.”

Brady Marks said, “Cleveland deserves a live and local Alternative station that is focused on super-serving listeners and the community. I am excited for the opportunity to take this station to the next level in 2025.”

Horner notes that Alyssa previously spent many years in promotions at sister stations 97.5 WONE and 1590 AM/93.5 FM WAKR as well as 107.3 ALT CLE. “Alyssa brings her knowledge of the format and listener to the Promotions Director role, a win for sure for ALT CLE,” added Horner.
