Local Media San Diego Alternative XTRA-FM (91X)/San Diego PD Garett Michaels takes over Morning Drive on the station from 6am-noon. 

Michaels says, “As of today, there are a couple of changes to the 91X weekday on-air lineup. Marty Whitney (mornings) and Zach Van Lue (afternoons) will no longer be with 91X in their full-time positions.  However, they will both be staying with 91X in a part-time/fill capacity until they land full-time opportunities elsewhere.” 

APD/MD/middayer Hilary will now be hosting 1pm-7pm weekdays and continue hosting her weekly new music show “Planet Nu Nu” on Sunday nights from 6pm-7pm.

In addition to weekday mornings, Michaels will continue hosting “Resurrection Sunday” on 91X.

Michaels previously was PD/afternoons at Adult Hits KFBG (100.7 Big FM) before the station was sold to Lotus Communications.
