Sunrise Broadcasting Alternative WRMR (Modern Rock 98.7)/Wilmington-Greenville, NC celebrates “The Morning Alternative 7th Birthday Bash” with the return of “Last Prize Standing” on Saturday, February 22nd at Bill’s Brewing Company.

On Monday (2/3), PD/morning host Randy Slack began qualifying listeners on-air with each contestant removing one prize from the station’s massive prize board (see list HERE) until the grand prize is the “Last Prize Standing.” One listener will be randomly chosen to win the grand prize.

Slack says, “When I came to WRMR in 2018, they had gone through several morning hosts and PDs. I started the Morning Alternative Birthday Bash to celebrate and highlight a consistent show.

“Thanks to Laura Lee for taking the chance on me and giving me the idea for Last Prize Standing. The live event is TV worthy! I plan on streaming in on IG Live this year.”
