1. Please introduce yourself and give us the backstory on how the band got started.

We are Matt (guitar), Victor (vocals), and Jesse (drums)! We met in college at the University of Florida when our former bands all played shows together in Gainesville. We were immediate friends, and one by one joined Jesse’s band to form Arrows in Action. We moved in together just before the start of the pandemic. Subsequently, we spent a lot of time writing, bonding, and streaming on TikTok, where we met a large majority of our early supporters. In 2021, we relocated to Nashville and began touring.

2. How would you describe your music?

We are “alt pop”. We are your cool aunt’s favorite band.

3. Who are your biggest influences?

5 Seconds of Summer, Fall Out Boy, Twenty One Pilots, The Maine, Jon Bellion. 

4. What was the inspiration behind your current single, 'Cheekbones'?

Cheekbones is about falling for someone you’d do absolutely anything for, even if it feels dangerous. Vampirism felt like the perfect analogy for this dynamic. It allowed us to juxtapose these darker sounds and lyrics with others that kept the song in a really fun, danceable space. 

5. What would surprise people most about you?

We’re actually pretty funny.
